the whole day was emotionally draining. i've never really cried in front of you before - i've always been good at hiding it. but that afternoon i couldn't stop it. my eyes were closed and they were leaking. but so were yours. and our cheeks were wet with each other's tears. it was needed, i think. to get it all out. and so when it was over, we were better than before. in the end, it all worked out for the best. and when i tell you i love you now, be assured that i mean in spite of everything and i mean it with all of my heart.
