today i hit a squirrel.

it was standing up on it's hind legs. it's tail erect.

and then

thu-thump.

the sound of each right tire hitting the body.

i cried out in terror.

then i laughed.

then i said oh my.

then i laughed more.

but overall, i did feel bad. sort of.
